• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of company information listed on the Service
• Any damages incurred by users through the use of the Service, whether direct or indirect
• Loss or leakage of information caused by events beyond the reasonable control of BizX, Inc., such as natural disasters, system failures, or unauthorized access by third parties

BizX, Inc. may change this Policy without prior notice as necessary. The revised Policy shall become effective when posted on this page. In the event of important changes, BizX, Inc. will notify users by appropriate means, such as announcements on the Service.

By continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.

Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of their own personal information held by BizX, Inc. in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.
